A new label for our beloved staple release! Like the previous editions, a flavourful but delicate and easy-drinking Islay malt. This release is particularly farmy, earthy and organic at the nose, with a vinous note that clearly comes from the accurate wood management of the casks selected by our warehouse manager. At the palate it’s obviously coastal and peated, but with a soft and caressing texture and plenty of banana and vanilla from the fresh casks. It’s not exceedingly sweet, though: it remains firm and clean, with a strongly mineral note. The finale is long, again very earthy, definitely influenced by the oak with a pleasantly toasted note that reminds of liquorice and, as usual, of the typical peanut butter note of our House Malt.
