Silver Medal at Malt Maniacs Award 2015

For years we dreamed of a perfect old blend which could bring back memories of the luxurious and slightly decadent whiskies of forgotten times. A blend which would have been served in an exclusive club, or in the homes of the wealthy. Working with our suppliers of very old malts and grains, we have assembled our secret recipe. Dominated by rich notes of sultana raisins, old leather bound books, beeswax, smoky English pipe tobacco, it is a complex whisky to be savoured slowly. The multiple layers of flavours are intricately intertwined thanks to the marriage in sherry casks, for a robust yet subtle experience. The result is as close as possible to the aged blends of decades ago, when blended Scotch was king and not an ingredient for mixing.
